1. Requirements of the generator:
To reflect the advantages of chlorine dioxide disinfectant in the sewage disinfection process, the chlorine dioxide generator must meet the requirements of higher purity, high conversion rate, high stability and low cost operation, and at the same time, it must also meet the requirements of the current social industry. The need for automation.
According to the requirements of relevant industrial circulating cooling water treatment design specifications, the amount of chlorination per unit circulating cooling water should be 2-4 mg/L. According to the calculation, a useful larger demand can be obtained. In order to reduce the initial investment of equipment, confirm the continuous dosing method. According to the specific situation, an automatic or manual control system can be selected. Accurately controlling the dosage of chlorine dioxide can effectively guarantee the economic and stable operation of the circulating water system: generally two sets of equipment are used, and the operation mode of one for use and one for standby is adopted.
2. Chlorine dioxide dosing point and sampling point:
1. Chlorine dioxide disinfectant dosing point: The dosing point is selected at 2/3 water depth below the water surface of the cooling tower sump.
2. Water quality sampling point: The sampling point is set under the cooling tower.
3. Equipment room conditions:
(1) There should be a pressure water source.
(2) There should be AC power.
(3) The equipment should also have good ventilation conditions. There should be ventilation facilities with 8-12 air changes per hour in the equipment room.
(4) The equipment should also avoid direct sunlight.
(5) The equipment should also have drainage facilities.
(6) Simple anti-corrosion ground should be provided in each room.
(7) Speed shower head should be installed in the same work.
(8) Protective masks, rescue facilities and tool boxes should be provided outside the equipment room. The gas mask should be tightly sealed to avoid failure. Lighting and ventilation equipment should be located on the outdoor switch.
(9) The equipment room must be separated from other work, and doors and fixed observation windows that directly lead to the outside and develop outward should be installed.
4. Raw material storage requirements:
The raw materials for the preparation of chlorine dioxide disinfectant must not be in contact with each other. They must be stored in separate warehouses with partition walls. A collection tank for acid leakage should be set in the acid storeroom. The sodium chlorate warehouse should be equipped with speed washing facilities. The storage warehouse should be adjacent to the equipment room. Sulfuric acid should be stored in nearby ground storage tanks. If tank trucks are used for transportation, the useful volume is generally considered as a tank truck volume + 2m3.
